With years of dedicated experience in the field of counseling and education, I have been privileged working with teens and kids, addressing a spectrum of issues that range from academic stress and social dynamics to mental health concerns. I understand that each young person is unique, and my approach is personalized to meet the specific needs of the individual. Whether it's building self-esteem, coping with bullying, managing anxiety, or fostering healthy family relationships, I am here to provide the support and guidance needed for positive change.


With expertise in anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, self-esteem, family dynamics, and relationship issues, I am committed to creating a safe and empathetic space for adults to explore and navigate their emotional challenges. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring that clients receive personalized and effective interventions tailored to their unique needs.
